Ball python help

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
not yet I have the ones from his website but dont really want to upload them. . . lol prob later on today I will my male is pretty *****in and then my girls is the normal I mean its a nice normal Im excited to get them here and establish there enclosures and what not. anyways on that note, enclosures I bought that eco earth for the beginning as i have read it works well with humidity and in my opinion looks nice :). but Im worried about the stress from being shipped and want to have established hides, flora, water dishes and logs already pre determined so I can let them be for a couple days when they arrive. soo my check list begins with HIDES (options around them) Im buying some bad ass water dishes, and then heatpads are my main concern. brands sizes etc. it will be for a 30 gal.

Another thing to keep in mind for those ball pythons would be the humidity. Probably didn't need to worry about that with your beardies. Make sure your substrate and/or overall tank setup allows for the proper level of humidity. You might want to build a humid hide for them too. Good luck man!

any pics? I thnk my eco earth will hold enough but we will see I think im going to do a couple inches of substrate and build up the outer walls just a little bit. hides what should I use for them as they grow they are 60, and 70grams. One will be in the vision so Im assuming it will hold enough. should I make like a monitor style box? or do you have any suggestions or pics? I will post my balls up in a little bit.

Your pair are pretty. I just picked up a male mojave and female albino from the MARS show this weekend. Set me back a penny or two, but was worth it. The breeders I spoke with said the only down side of keeping them together (besides passing an illness) is they will likely become buddies rather than breeding. I am not worried. I will split them when they are a bit older. Good luck with yours.

awosme sounds like a good point thanks. also they were going ot be a pair but i dont think that I will yield any real rewarding results. since one is a 66% green ghost and the other is a normal would I yield anything interesting if breed? I would ike to get a butter, mojave, albino and BUMBLEBEES are my favorite. I bet they did cost a pretty penny what breeder did you get them from?
