go to a reptile show. one near me had some for 15 bucks!!! but 30 is a fantastic deal!!!
 
I dont think that there are any reptile shows around here, maybe in raleigh...

I will never buy from LLL ever. I've had a dead het pied shipped to me before and have heard countless other accounts of either dead or VERY poor condition animals being sold from LLL. Just trying to give you guys a heads up.
 
i paid 60 for mine and am having a hell of a time getting him to eat ... :(, did you feed live or frozen or frozen but warmed up. i want to go frozen but am not having luck, hopefully tomorrow. As far as i could tell 60 was a good deal here. Wish Canada had the shipping the states did but we don't and everything is more expensive
 
I fed a frozen hopper that I thawed in hot water.

I HATE LLL!
Most of there animals are WC or Captive-hatched.

good thing i didnt buy from LLL I think the consensus is that they blow!
 
LLL sucks...you should see their setups at shows. Hundreds of baby colubrids, imported baby savs, etc, kept in tiny deli cups with feces and dirty aspen shavings....the animals are probably in these for weeks at a time as they go around the country to shows. Very sad.

Support your fellow hobbyists or larger professional breeders. Buy CBB (Captive Bred and Born)!
