Im not going to buy these but what are balloon texas cichlid. Visually we cant tell a difference at the LFS theyre under 1", selling at 12.99 each

Incorrect, most of the SB Texas are pure or at least pure to the Herichthys genus. No parrot involved.

Balloon Texas Cichlids are just short body Carpintis Cichlids.

Here's mine had to have it when I saw it at the lfs. She was about an inch and a half when I got her.

Man what little brick ****house. Stout lookin sb texas. Mine is pretty chill but can hold her own and backs down the alpha in the tank which is a 7" polleni.
