Is it common for the Barnes and nobles on the east coast to have tanks or is that just because it's close to a public aquarium?

All the businesses on the inner harbor have fish related things. The Baltimore harbor was trash not long ago and they brought it back to life through educating people not to be such scumbags. The Barnes and noble tank is accompanied by information all around it regarding conservation of our waters.

This is what filtration for 1000000 gallons looks like. They have 3 of these rooms doing just over 3 million gallons. this is the view from 20 feet above. Those are 12" pipes
