The jar was around 12-14" and the festae was round 6". It was just a temporary thing though, was trying to sell the festae and use the tank he was in, it worked for the couple months they were together. I sold the jar this summer and he didn't make it in shipping. Sad thing was it was only a few hours away, other guy didn't want to me half way.balton777;2353529; said:

Actually all the Torpedo barbs eventually got eaten. The Filament barbs, though about the same length, are thicker and much faster swimmers. I would recommend them as dithers any day over the high dollar Roseline shark snacks. I really liked those fish....if only they were a little quicker. Expensive lesson learned.
