don't ever pour water from another source into your tank. Even though I'm sure Rich's water is fine, it's never worth the risk IMO. If yours and his pH are close, you could just float them to get the water to temper. It's hard to get a temp on the water in the bag without opening it.
 
So I got them in last Saturday and stuck them in the tanks to warm them up. After about 15-20 min I opened the bags and slowly poured cups of tank water into the bags every 5 or so minutes. They was swimming when I left. Came back later that night to find them still swimming. Thanks for the tips guys. Also, on a side note, I noticed that one out of the four had a shorter snout than the other three. Can someone explain? Quick lil suckas so can't get pics.

I do that sometimes, too. Glad to hear they all made it safely from the bag to the tank. PIX?
