Here is a pic of mine. Not that clear but you can see the red in the eye. I think your banjar is just taking its time to get used to the whole new place.
Until unless your water params are not off the chart then you don't need worry much.

so the red in the eyes is just normal for the banjar red? yes my banjar is still adjusting the new environment it has. my water parameter is stable but i just had a water change(10%) lately and added some salt just incase. you have a nice banjar by the way :) how big is it?

thanks for the suggestions evz, can you suggest on what plant should i add up? i have anubias, moss, java ferns in my other tank.

It is around 8-10" I guess. Never tape measured :D

For floating plants add about anything that would float. Penny wort, Oak fern or something similar. You won't need this for the long run. This is just so that the Aro gets comfortable ;)
Even plastic floaters would do. Just make sure they don't have sharp edges.

ok bro :) thanks as of now, my banjar is getting bigger with the red severums :) i just added a plastic floaters a circle one i dont know what they call this.
 
Sorry for late reply boang , im not great with plant names my heads too full of fish ones lol , I've tried allsorts of real floating lillys but my lights toasted them in my old tank so used plastic (couple of big pond ones round like yours by sound of it ) , now ive got new setup ive tied a plant off to my bogwood close to the water surface for cover , not that my aro uses it he's 22" :D
