Banjo Catfish

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
I like them. They are pretty boring though. They literally just lay there.

xD i think most my fish do that i have to turn out the light throw some food in and watch the action:headbang2.
any clue where one may purchase these?

try aquabid.
also, if you want to watch nocturnal fish, I recommend using a blacklight above the tank. it somewhat simulates moonlight and allows you to see without disturbing their normal night time activities

good idea :P i was planning on it just being unemployed makes it hard to save my money lol xD

Don't go with a Black light. The UV is blinding and causes them to panic. Go with blue or red LEDs. Atinic lights are blue, but are still pretty bright, but those may work as well.

Yup...that should work as well. I heard that red is a hard color for fish to detect so it still seems like it's dark for them.
