im sorry but hes right i have aranged a shipment of 10 x p14 pups to malysia when my next batch is born and the other p14 breeder in the UK has his pups we will combime our pups to ship to malysia

looks like every country is working hard to breed rays but the US just moan that they cant import anymore

Maybe across the pond every one knows every one that breeds ray but its not like that here in America. Not every ray breeders is on MFK or any other site for that matter.

We have about twice the population of holland, germany, and the UK combined not to mention a much greater land area. There is no way in hell captive bred rays will EVER be out there to satisfy the market. Our country is so big and so different that in certain areas of the country, mine for example, its even rare to see a wild caught retic!

Besides why do you euro boys get your panties in a wad when it comes to importing a fish whos populations are not suffering in the least bit?

the price of captive bred rays is not that expencive if you are breeding in your own country

captive bred p14s £350 = $700
captive bred pearls £450 = $900

its the shipping that kicks the price up an makes captive bred rays expencive for you guys in the US

im not trying to make money out of my breeding just giving people what they want at a far price if my rays breed they breed if they dont i wont lose any sleep over it i just make sure they go to people who i know will take good care of the pups which is more than can be said for some LFS who just want to make a fast $

buy selling my pups to people like Alex and helping him out to get a female from the other p14 breeder to mix up the blood i know in 2-3yrs that his p14s will be breeding so you can look at it like thinking ahead

its just nice to see my rays are happy and well looked after enought to breed

and rays also... admond told me they found some in the wild, so now they are banning them...
