BARBS AND BLEEDING HEARTS

Went to the LFS today and was looking at the diferent tanks while waiting for crickets and saw two tanks next to each other one with Cherry Barbs and one with Bleeding Heart Tetras I thought they were pretty cool so I bought 7 Cherry Barbs and 5 Bleeding Hearts and set them up in my 12g tank. The Cherry Barbs are roughly 1/2" to 3/4" and the Bleeding Hearts are all about 3/4".

Just noticed the bleedinghearts fins are a little frayed does anyone know if they are agressive towards their own species or if it was the other fish they were in the tank with (cant remember) cuz I thought they liked being in groups of about 5
