What is a good sized tank for barra for life. I was thinking 10x6x2.5'

I think it is good but what about you guys.
Apart from the cost involved in building and running somthing this size being well beyond the financial means of most 13/14yr olds, I doubt your parents would give it the thumbs up. If you wanna keep barra just build a pond out of pine sleepers, it's cheap and you can dismantle it later. I can't seriously imagine spending that much money for a tank that big and sticking somthing as plain jane and boring as barra in there. Unless of course your question is hypothetical in which case, why stop at 10x6?

Yeah lol, never mind what colour right now, it'd be highly unlikely to get a barra of any colour from overseas in anyway, well maybe.

I kinda want it to be veiw able tho. A 3' high tank would be 19mm glass, fair amount of $$$, but only two veiwing windows, so won't involve stealling a coin press.

If I do get a barra, already have an unheated pond. And ma old fella said I can have a pond in the back yard, as long as I dig it my self... :irked:
