No that's not bad It should be okay bump your temp up just a bit too i had some that got ich and i raised the temp and they healed up quickly good luck.

You should be just fine. I typically just do one of the other; typically salt first, and if that doesn't work, Melafix. Hope the fish gets better!

My barracuda had the same thing when i brought him home he keep jumping in the 5 gallon bucket with the top on and he got a white spot on his nose from hiiting the top. Like a week later it was all healed without meds.
