Do you have any pics of him when he was smaller? I'm just curious as to how close mine looked to yours when yours was the size of mine which is about 5". I'll post a pic and let you see for yourself...

Yeah,I took the ruler to him and he cant be any more than 5.5" but he's super round and plump!Also,mine just started getting a slight point on his fins too,nothing like yours at 5".I'm still just waiting to see if he's a colored or barred...

Because it has a striped pattern with grey and black coloration. Very likely that it won't stay that way forever though. Don't see many full grown barred midas.
