It's a naturally occuring morph. The yellow/orange midas is the xanthic form of A. citrinellus.

sweet I got a midas pair from a guy at work the other day and was having trouble identifying the female looks just like her. I love this place!

A lil off the topic but I just tried breeding my blood parrot female with a reg midas male to make up for the sterile male BP and he beat the sh.. out of her Im not happy at all.He actually killed her I just want to know how people do it with out death?
