Barrett Jackson Auto Auction

lol It's on the Speed channel. It's an auction that's out in Arizona and every so often they have a car where you can guess the final bid price. They are giving away prizes, but I haven't got one yet. Right now the cars are selling between $100,000 - $1,200,000. I think this is the third year that I have watched it.
I was watching it for a little while today. Those cars are so amazing, I wish I had that kind of money to bid on them.
oh god i love berett jackson. its soo tempting to hop in the car drive to the bank and pull out your life savings and go there just to buy a car.
Glad I am not the only one. It's a good show to flip between during commercials. The highlights that I saw yesterday....
A prototype Itallian Corvette that sold for 1.6 mil.
A 2009 ZR-1, with vin #001, sold for 1 mil.
Funniest was the Robosaurus, the giant thing that eats cars, that they sold.
I do wish I had some money. Don't like all of the cars there, but wouldn't mind have one or two of them.

You arent alone man... I watch it every single year religiously. Both the Scottsdale auction and the Palm Beach auction. I'm crazy about cars, so I can sit and watch the whole thing, but my g/f either passes out or goes somewhere else.
I couldn't believe the ZR1 yesterday (that car is NUTS!)
When they brought out the General Lee I was looking at my bank account. I would give ANYTHING for that car! I grew up on Dukes of Hazzard.

I half expect to see them auction off one of the new Nissan GTRs (the new Skyline). That is a killer car too. Would give the ZR-1 a hell of a run. Kills the Porsche 911 Turbo that Nissan bought while they were building it to test against. I read in automobile that they refused to release the GTR until it could beat the 911.
