I had an ocellaris do pretty much the same thing when I moved it and I couldn't resuscitate it.

Major bummer. Was looking forward to seeing it alive when I picked up the bichir...thought you would bring it back.

I thought I would bring it back too. I guess moving it to another tank put the nail on the coffin:( I didn't think it would be bad since it was the same temp and parameters. I don't think it would have made it through the night in the 125 with the other fish though.

I ordered 2 x 2" Pearsii in November of 07, they were supposed to be here via Fed Ex by
10 am the next morning. Never showed talked the the vendor, of course he said they ( (Fed EX)
screwed up and only listed it as standard next day. It was mid 30s, long story
short, they showed up at 6 pm, upside down and very cold.
I seen the gill open ever so slightly on one of them so I just dumped them in
the tank with light off and covered. They floated to bottom upside down.
Went to dinner, came back about 2 hours later and checked on them. They both were
sitting normally on the bottom of tank not moving, by the next day they were swimming and eating.

Had the similar thing happen with 3 Pseudacanthicus Titans. Just dumped them and a few hours later
they started to come around. All three were belly up in the bag also.
