I've caught a few hundred South Floriduh Basilisks, and I've never seen a Male without bars, and with that backround color. Its not Brown, but Grey, and he can go through some weird color shifts I've never seen before...........Quite a Bloodsucker too....

Mine was a really light male like that one and had a reduced bar pattern too. And he had a rose belly like that. Most I see in pet stores are darker over all.
