So you still have the fish alive? If you really want to keep a bass,it would be much better to keep a small fish,it will have a chance to adjust to aquarium life

No I released her after I weighed her and got some pics. I've had small bass in the past in some of my setups but I've always wanted to have a trophy size bass in an aquarium.
