We have one here in Toledo Ohio, its pretty nice, realllly big. They have a huge tank like that also with much of the same fish in that picture. Cept they have a few rainbow trout and large mouth bass also. The filter system makes a waterfall that falls into from about 10ft. Wish I had a picture.

i believe thats an Esox Masquinongy X Esox Lucius or Tiger Muskie.

I think it's a big mouth buffalo (Ictiobus cyprinellus). Definitely some kind of buffalo
