I am not one to use chemicals... I have had 100% success with just raising the temp and aquarium salt. This coupled with water changes in my experience has always been successful.

I should also state that ick does not only attach to the outside of the fish it will latch on in the gills. Make sure to increase the oxygen in the aquarium when raising the heat... increasing the heat speeds up the life cycle so it will look worse before it gets bettet.. many people I know have over dosed a tank because of this. Monsterknan is this Ich on the eye? I see white spots on the top fins and the eyes. I noticed the eyes are swollen too. Raised temp to 85, added salt, 25% water change daily, 1/4 of instructed dose of jungle ick clear from Walmart. All other bass seem to be doing good. This particular bass looks a bit lethargic hiding behind the powerhead.

Agree that the eye does not look like ich. Fins look alittle beat up also. I'm not a doctor but I played one on tv!! Gl keep up on the water changes and remember to re dose the salt after. Add a couple bubblers if you can also. When i zoomed in on the pic I do see the ich spots but on the eyes looks like it may be fungal I would post this in here https://www.monsterfishkeepers.com/forums/forums/freshwater-diseases-and-health-issues.35/.
