i caught 2 baby bass and im planning on keeping them
i no they will fight later on and they need a 225 gallon tank for life and they eat guppies at the size they are..
anything else i need to no?

assuming were talkin about LMB.. i have never had a problem with bass fighting each other, in fact i think they'd rather be in a small school, especially when small. as far as them eating fish 3/4 there size keep them very well fed and its not as likely to happen but if you do have other fish smaller then them i would get some fish that you dont mind losing and make sure they are the smallest in the tank (i usualy use smaller sunfish or yellow perch)..

Illinois state law indicates that we have no statewide size limit on largemouth bass. We do have laws that are specific to a water body (site specific regulation) as well as how you take largemouth bass. I cannot say you took the bass legally since I don't know where you were fishing. I would be careful and read up on special laws in Cook county since that county is crazy.

It's really important to brush up on the law before you take fish from the wild and especially before you post about it on the internet.

lets be real here
noones gona bust down my door and arrest me for my fish
fines mabey
but noones gona find me
i dont think its that big of a deal especialy scince im keeping them for life

as long as you don't release the fish back to the natural body of water there is no huge ethical issue. just remember to keep the temp down.

realy?
i know they live in cold water in the winter time
but theyre babbies and i was wondering if they need a higher temperature because they were more fragile and just born sorta
should i take of the heater?
the temps at around 69 degrees

i would keep the water at around the same temperature you acquired him in
