is it a good idea to fill my bathtub up a little bit and let my monitor just swim around for 5 mintues.just to give it real swimming time because the water hole in its cage is mainly for soaking its whole body even tho its like 4 inches deep.:D

You can let it soak in the tub for a good 20-30 minutes to rehydrate and loosen up excess skin that may not come off during shed

i guess it couldn't hurt as long as the water isn't too deep......I'd personally let the water sit for a few hours before though just to get some of the chlorine out........

buy him a rubber maid bin thats long....or make him a water pool from wood and pond liner..that is just for him...

I always let my animals swim around in the tub, they love it. In the summer time, they go in the even bigger pond.
