Looking forward to the update mate.

so got them moved today and here are the measurements. justarn justarn

both around 5" TL and nearly 1.5" wide

some pics with their cousins

the difference in size is amazing but actually the SA bumble bee look like miniatures now, and they get on so well.

and their new home

Shane doesn't have these anymore, iirc one ate/killed the other two then he mailed me the large one which is currently living in my 300g. He is a fat little sod but it's a shame that I see him less that my Raphael's.

I'm pretty sure these fish don't get over 5-6 inch tl, I would love some of the species that actually max out around 10-12 inch... planet catfish has some bad info on these I think, what's your view @tbtb

8" max SL is not too inconsistent with your thinking.

What you said makes me think of the rather available Pseudopimelodus bufonius which maxes out at ~10" SL https://www.planetcatfish.com/common/species.php?species_id=955 albeit, again, I've never seen one that big.

Cat-eLog is made and expanded and improved by us, hobbyists :) Cephalosilurus needs much work, true. Smaller Pseudopims I believe are well covered though.
