Caribes are definetly more wild than reds...
Don't you feel afraid of that wound might cause that little to be the aim of the attacks of the shoal first because they feel one is wounded and that can trigger their feeding frienzy and second, the wound might weaken that P' therefore he is not going to keep on with the rest and then becomes the dinner???....

a little bit but it doesn't seem to be behaving any different in my eyes so I'll see how it plays out. I think the reason was probably caused by me that I fed them pretty late that day. normally I would feed them as soon as I come back or no later then 8pm but that night I didn't get to feed them until almost 10....I'm just going to keep them filled all the time now...at least i'll try.
i don't know. these guys are pretty small. I bet he'll regenerate and there will hardly be a scar when he's big. That is if food and stuff isn't falling through.

I agree. One of my reds was missing a bigger hunk when small. He healed and now a days the scar is undistinguishable. 100% healed, only seen with Wolverine!!!!....

Same happens to me, besides one of my fish was eaten one of the two remaining caribes destroyed the tail and the annal fin of the other and I feel really annoyed, if they are not neat and perfect something do bothers me...
I introduced some goldfish (i know they are bad for P's but it was an emergency because one of the P's was on his way to kill the other one) and it has worked out. Soon the poor goldies have become the target of the P's rage and they have joined to eat them and stopped attacking at each other.....
I am sure the destroyed tail would heal soon though...
