bay area people need help

Right now Im not really looking for an oscar but I may change my mind. Im thinking about clown loaches ,salvini ,silver aro ,silver dollars ,red terror ,birchir ,datnoid ,loiselli , motaguense ,dovii ,barred midas ,red devil ,rays. Thats all I can think of right now but I know that not all those fish would get along like the dovii killing everyone eventualy. But Im just not trying to rush into just buying the fish and end up making a mistake like Ive done before so I am just going to set up the tank then figure out who will be added after its ready to go.

well im half way through setting up ,the overflow and sump are all connected. Now Im just adding some water im gonna put some prime in then let it sit over night then transfer the fish and the water over tomorrow. Dam Im excited wanna stay up and do it tonight but it would be better if i let the clorine and everything taken out of the tap water so it doesnt kill my bb. pics tomorrow!!!!!!!!!!
The 240 is up and running with fish in it. I also tested the to make sure i dont flood in a power outage and Im good no flooding here. Im done for the night. Tomorrow acquascaping then ill post some pics.
