Nice Rays! They look to be inngreat condition.
Are they in this tank waiting to grow them until big enough to add yo your main tank?
What filter are you using?
My own thoughts on grow out: Rays would grow much faster in a large tank, you almost want it the other way around....grow them in the largest tank available to get the best growth rates without stunting.
