FYI I had given a lot of money to a vendor for rays at one point and he didn't deliver so I contacted PayPal and got my money back. That was a couple years ago but PayPal should be able to help. Good luck.

i think those pictures he is posting are mclass's BD's he imported from top stingray. I think thats peanut in the middle..
i live within 3 hours of where he says they are at, and told him i could be there in a few hours. he suddenly starting making stuff up.
then he said he has another shipment coming in from brazil....LOL
Sorry but these are not WC, IMO...

He said he only has a 40 breeder to keep them in so needs to sell them quick.

Beings its a scam they might. But I was contacted by a prominent member who tried to get a chargeback on a DOA on a large widebar and was told by paypal that they dont cover animals any longer, so who knows until he talks to them.
 
he just sent me this..

my wife informed me we have already marked all remaining pups as sold. More arrive Saturday. if you put down $100 via paypal you can reserve up to six pups...LOL
