Mike Maranda is a big cheater, owe me USD62k and run away from responsibility. Mike Maranda request me to sent a total of USD62k to bank account of H2O Customs Aquatics on August 2010, but did not send my any stingrays i selected. He is now disappear from facebook, such a coward and irresponsible person. pls be aware of this person. Ray Muscarella Jr being partner of Mike Maranda also do not responsible for his acting. now lawyer is filing a civil case and criminal crime case at the same time. pls spread this news and be aware of Mike Maranada. anyone who have also cheated by them, pls stand out and voice up here.

I deal with him, and sent him the money, he said he sent the money to Peru and Brazil and those play him out. but this is not my concern, i pay him and deal with him. this is all i am concern, he run away with my money !!!!

Anybody can help here? i am looking anyone who can help deal with this case, i am now having a lawyer recommended by USA embassy in Malaysia here, trying to file a Civil case and Criminal case. if anyone have a strong attorney to recommend, pls kindly contact me. i have all the payment proof and all the communication records.

Those are some serious accusations. Why didn't you just get yourself setup to be able bring the rays in yourself instead of having a middleman. Plus sending that kind of money? Should have sent money got the first batch and upon receiving those order another. What in the world are you doing with 62k in rays?
 
USD62k is not a lot for p14 big ray, it is only for 27pcs, and it is not so easy as you said to get it direct, anyway, thanks for your kind advice, just too late.... hahaha
 
@royalray.....just to clear this up, you are talking about USD $62,000.00 dollars, correct? If so, this becomes a felonious crime. You may want to close this thread if no one responds and be careful as to what you do and say. You dont want to lose your case because of something online hindering the legal process. Give it a few days on here and consult an attorney before saying too much more on the site. Sorry, for what has happened to you. Good Luck!!!
 
Sorry to hear. And no its not a lot when purchasing larger BDs or P14s. I know a couple private breeders with close to that much if not that much in Blacks.
