I think he is warning you that something said on here whether it be by you or someone else could hinder your case. Not to mention people can post under fictitious names and you dont know to whom you really are conversing with or taking advise from.

When you are dealing with so much money, you have to try and go direct to the exporters in the Amazon and start with small orders first. It's too bad that such things happen and it won't be the last. Good Luck.
I hope for your sake that you have a contract, with terms of the deal and conditions of sale, saying why the money was given etc that is enforceable under international law or US law if you choose to come to the US to file a case?
If not, well, probably you're S.O.L.

As I understand it, your loss was part of a group order to Peru for over that included MIke and 2 other buyers where the other guys, MIke included , also lost over $100k getting ripped-off. Its really hard to take a loss like this, but imo you're just gonna have to swallow this one

@royalray, if you can, go after this guy and stop him from doing this again. Get your money back or atleast make this guy pay somehow. Whether it's through making this public as could be or bringing him to justice. Either way, be careful, as mentioned before, he could very well be on this thread as someone else.

I agree 100% the reason you got cheated is because he kneq it was illegal, and there would be nothing ypu could do if you didnt receive the rays..
