That's good customer service right there. The bummy, pissed off, hate my life teen thing is SO ANNOYING! They act as if you are some schmuck on wheels and don't give to craps about you or your tank. Those are the employees I'm extra picky about my fish with. And if they act jerky, I'll have a manger help me.

I know there are LFS that take great care of their fish but in general, BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN PURCHASING FISH FROM YOUR LFS or simply only buy from other hobbyists.
