It happend!!! This morning before I left to work, I went in too feed all my fish, and noticed the female even more brightly colored (Black--Jet Black and GOLD), reminding me of Yellow Labridens. Anyway, she was acting all wierd going back and forth from behind the rock, and male hovering above. I looked and in a opening, I seen them!! Eggs, lots of eggs, a few hundred! They were not there yesterday morning, so it happend last night or early this a.m. Too early to tell if fertilized or not. The crapy part, is I leave tonight to Mexico, for Red Istlanum. But I do get back Saturday night, so all should be ok, if they are fertilized, and the pair are good parnets? I will take pics, once I get back. Very exciting, I think. Parents are both Wild caught by me, from Rio Baluarte, near Manzanillo, Mex. Here is a remider of the parents:
