Beani SPAWN!!!

good work now just keep us informed on how you raise the fry its only a mater of trial and error someone will master the art of raiseing beani fry
 
Ok, I was able to see the wrigglers. This a mother load, there are so many wrigglers, easliy over 500, way over. I have raised many cichlids, since high school, back in the mid 80's, and plan on raising the fry the way I was last raising them a few years ago, using what I learned in college, and what my experimenting has allowed me possitive relsults, which is a method that has had great results. So we will see if it works for beani fry? Crossing my fingers. Anyway fertilization was succesful, and the parents are doing a great job. Next step will be in my hands...Yikes! Will take pictures of the fry swimming in cloud around the parents, once fry are free swimming.
 
Any day you want to come over, sooner the better, to take the doubt out of some of these non believers. I think they should be free swimming by tonight, or for sure by tomorrow. The size of the clutch is impressive, I could not beleive my eyes when I'd seen the mound of baby beani the female was gaurding. She is very aggresive, and keeps the male away. he has some bites on his lip and gil plate from her. He hovers above the fry and female and gaurds them all. When I walk by he keeps an eye on me and follows me in whatever direction I go. very good parents. The Motas spawned too, so there will be a few thousand fry from both species swimming around that one tank! anyway, come over asap, as those who dont know me, doubt my word. those who do know me, know when I say something happend or I brought back something, know I am serious.

Lol, doubters or just haters :D. Envy is the key word here.

I sent you a PM. I might be able to go Wednesday depending on your schedule. It's time to free up your 150 to grow out fry.
