Given the information you have stated, I would say that it would be more wise to pick a sub-adult to adult bearded dragon. Lastly, being in malaysia makes you unable to pick out the standard vegetables chosen by american bearded dragon keepers. I suggest stuff like Bok Choy, Kai Lan, the occasional cabbage and not lettuce. Fruits wise, you've got a choice but stick to the safe stuff like mango and papaya, no lychees, longans or anything like that. Cactus pad will be a good calcium "adder" if you can find it in the supermarkets.
