Jags are pretty much pissed at everything all the time.
 
Atthe momet it likes oscar show and these pellets are really good my O loves them which i am hapy about so i think i will stick to these but thanks everyone for the help and advice also when you talk about shrimp and krill is that live shrimp but my LFS might have since i havent asked about all the stuff they have in the freezer.
 
Sounds like a nice scheduled and varied diet, does anyone ever fast their Centrals?

I knew you weren't just feeding them Bw or Bh. LOL! But in my tanks it depends. The all love Bw though!

No they have frozen or freeze dried for both. I would definitely get some on the menu. It will make your fish happy and healthier. A good variety will do them very well. I would spread the foods out over the week until they take everything readily. Most of the there food is treats unlike the red and green pellets.
