beef heart or pork heart?

What's the difference? Same old beef heart! It's cheaper at the market, but there's a lot of work to trim those fat, to dice and slice.

If you can't find beef heart, buy chicken heart. I've not heard anyone feeding pork heart, yet! May you want to be the first? :naughty:

i didnt see chicken...lol

maybeeeeee its only like 4 bucks...lol

im sure my long armed prawns or piranhas will eat it if my arrows wont...lol
 
do not feed pork. Its more difficult to digest and more prone to carry disease.
 
I'd skip on any mammal meat. My understanding is mammal meet doesn't digest properly and deposits end up in the fishes liver, which probably isn't healthy for your fish. I think there was a study done on this. I suggest just using market shrimp or talapia fillets.
