Why do you want to? Most fish have not evolved to eat it, and cannot properly digest mammalian flesh, it should be fed occasionally and in small doses.

Feed high quality food like Miguel suggests...and add some frozen food if you'd like (prawn, smelt, etc)...feeding beefheart is obviously still done by many, but seems like an oldtimey thing that isn't necessary nowadays with all the quality vitamin supplement and foods out there
throw that in the garbage. I wouldn't eat that either. As was said get some NLS and that is all you will ever need. I have moorish idols that I raised on NLS and never any promblems.
Fat content in beef heart is way too high to what fish usually eat. This causes problems later on with cardiovascular system as well as digestion. Feeding beef heart once or twice a month as a treat is fine but I wouldn't feed my fish that stuff more than that.

Feed that to predatory fish with teeth ONLY, like gar, pirahana, Atf, ect.. Maybe stingray once a week!!!
