How are you filtering and heating?

Filtration is two rena XP3s and a wet/dry sump rated for 300g tank. Two return pumps on the sump, after considering head height combined gph is about 1400. Heating is just on 350 watt titanium heater, but the ambient room temp is 75 degrees

Ya the black gives chase every once and a while. I have lost about 20 or so tetras over a 4-5 month span. So they are feeding someone, likely my 14" BGK. Have also found a couple in the sump. The dimensions are 96" long, 36" wide and 30" tall.

Very nice Brian! I love the fish as well as your aquascaping!

It is my opinion that your biggest weakness as a fishkeeper is that you don't post media of your tanks enough:banhim:

:D

Agree. Great tank and stock. Not a bad looking fish in there.

like everyone else has said, the fish(especially the black) are really nice, but the size and species diversity is awesome- and the picture of the serpae just a few down from the 30"+ aros nails it

Thanks all:) Sorry for not sharing more often, need to get an external flash and have a little better quality pics.

Still trying to find the right sized tetra for the tank. The serpae seen to be small enough to get eaten whereas the black skirts seem to not disappear quite as frequently. Congo tetras are big enough that the black aro will hunt them down. I also tried giant danios, they seemed to really trigger the predator within the black. She chases and eats any I put in the tank immediately.
