Welcome to MFK!
Looks great man, definitely no lack of colors on there :) There's a lot to point out(depending on the person, but everyone has their own opinion) but let's take it slow.

Tell us about your tank, what size is it? Filtration?

A list of the fish also would be nice :D

ok here it goes its 55 gall will be upgrading to much larger i have aqueon 75 hob, powerhead for 55 gal florida crushed coral mixed with pink and black gravel, T5 lighting with 10k superdaylight and acintic blue two water changes a week including one mix of environment one 40 percent wc and one 50-75 with me mixin up gravel and shuting everything off and using gravel pump to clean..now for fish, 1 jack dempsey, 1 psh scolifi(thought was elongate mbuna)1 electric yellow,1 green terror,1 bala shark, 1 convict,1 red triple jewl,1 venestrus,1 pleco,1 red devil,1 african knifefish, 1 peacock not sure of, 1 Gsp, and one banded morri i think

I think you're off with a great start! That might be too much cleaning though imo. It's nice too keep the tank clean but if it's cleaned too much, it might cause the tank to cycle again(which will kill your fish) since you won't have a sufficient number of beneficial bacteria(bb).

I'm not quite sure but I believe that the more you change your water as well, the faster the fish will grow. So just keep that in mind since you know you'll be upgrading to a bigger tank, but when will you be ready.

There's a big variety of fish there. All the decorations help keep the aggression down, so that's good; everyone has a place to hide.

So I think you're alright for now, your choice of fish is your decision so I won't say anything. I think the 50% water change with you "mixin up gravel and shuting everything off and using gravel pump to clean" will be sufficient once a week. If you want, you can clean your filter every other week or once a month.

i only change the water so much cuz im still tryin to get the feeding ratio right and well im new to that aswell and thanks clown way better here than ratemyfishtank

Well i saw a Jack dempsy, a venustus or two, a puffer i didnt get a good view but im guessing either Figure 8 or green spot and some other varius cichlids.
So like rain cloud said lets take it slow.
What are your water parameters?
The reason i ask is because i see fish in your tank that require at three different water conditions.
Your puffer is most likely a brackish species, the venustus are an african species that im not to sure about but im pretty sure are a rift lake species if im not mistaken, and the JD is an american cichlid so it most likely wont thrive in the venustus nor the puffers water conditions.

The Bala shark will get 14" plus and is a schooling fish 5+ so it'd be best to get rid of him
Also African Cichlids with Ca/Sa Cichlids is a big no no.

That's really great of you for watching out for the water conditions ;) just informing you that doing it too much can be lethal.

Well here come the experts, good luck!

well to be truthfull i have this tank for about 3-5 not sure goes so fast and no fish dead only real problem i ran into is when i had two dempseys lucky for me the meanest one was also the ugliest one so i got rid of him as for water parameter not sure never tested just assumed that ph would be balance with the crushed florida buffering it not to mention i have hare well water with the right kinda ph for cichlids temp is alwasy at 78-80 there all energetic i do understand there may be a problem with the gsp heres a link u can further c some of the fish http://www.ratemyfishtank.com/friendemail.php/37400
