Beginner buying established SW tank

Nice fish list. I think the tap will be okay for a short time but I'd get it switched asap. A long time ago I used tap and it was a nightmare. I've been really happy with my rodi from bulk reef supply. I use Red Sea coral pro salt.

You can find a good LFS and buy RO water, saltwater from them if you don't feel like to mess around mixing salt to get it right. I didn't see the system come with protein skimmer or I missed read somewhere, if they don't have it then you might get one ASAP. Also, with saltwater you don't need a massive water change like in freshwater so buying saltwater from a good LFS is a good option too.
It's going great so far. I'm going through the first stage of algae which is diatoms. That will clear up and then I'll get the red stuff followed by hair algae. I read a lot on reef2reef.com. I read this long thing about how you should leave the algae alone and let it go through its stages.

It's damn cheap for a saltwater setup, the price for all those rocks alone easy cost $300
Buy 2 55 gallon food grade drums to transport the water from the tank you are buying. Least amount of stress on everything
