Behaviour of a senegal?

strange none of my bichirs burrow at all...maybe its only if there is not enough hiding places ? Coz my tank has plenty of that

I have six tanks, all large, most with lots of driftwood and hiding places, mine burrow.
The tanks that have no decor are the ones holding the VERY large Bichirs. They don't burrow.

BTW what would you feed a 4" senegal anywyas.. i've been feeding him shrimp pellets.. but as of today it seems my platys have found a new love for the pellets and almost ignore flakes :/ so i think i'm going to need a nother food for him that the platys can't really get to. also here's a pic of the lil guy and one with him in the background and the platys destroying the shrimp pellet.

It's OK, the Platys won't last much longer once Senegal gets hungry.

You are feeding your senegal pellets indirectly
