I was wondering If I could put one of these in a 180g tank with a green terror, 5 firemouths, 3 bichir, and 7 giant danios. The temp is 76-77 and ph is around 7.3-7.4. Would the belly crawler be able to eat any of these?

I’ve heard that pike cichlids are very predatory. Do you think a 4 inch belly crawler could eat a 4 inch giant danio?

No, they can't swallow something of equal size. If would take a 8-10" BC to swallow a 4 inch danio. There's no guarantee there will be peace in the tank since BC are generally wild caught, and any wild caught fish is more territorial.

You won't know until you try.

Thanks. Could a belly crawler get to 10 inches? I’ve heard that they max at around 8.

It depends if you are taking about standard length (without tail) or total length. Males can get close to 10" TL if you keep them long enough, plus genetics. It would take some time to get to 8", like 3 years, in which time the giant danios would even be longer and bigger than 4".
