don't mean to derail but I think Idris Elba would be a great choice for a Spawn redo as well as 007 as there have been talk before of using a black person to play bond
affleck as batman.... I wouldn't be able to get over the fact he played the ***hole in dazed and confused...
Gerard butler would be an awesome choice. hell even jason statham would be better then affleck. I'm just not an affleck fan at all, he only seems to be good at playing complete ***holes.

that's true, I thought affleck was a great jackhole in Dogma, lol
and agree with butler and stathom being a better batman over Affleck. i personally wouldn't choose butler myself but between him and Affleck, i'd go with butler. he just needs to lay off the donuts and get back into 300 form
Jason Statham is one of my favorite action movie stars but I can't see him as Batman too corny of a role for him IMO. I think Gerard Butler is a bad actor he was ok in 300 but does a terrable American acent and we're not ready for a Scotish Batman. Just bring Adam West back still a better choice than Ben Affleck.
You know I don't mind derails...especially if its something I hadn't heard before.I like Idriss Elba and all but I hope they don't sign him for James Bond...keep the character white.
no I agree, keep bond white, but if they're going black with bond, I think elba is a no brainer. I believe for some time they were seriously considering using a black guy to do bond. not only is he british, the dude has the bond swag about him. whatever they do, just stay away from will smith, Jamie fox and Wesley snipes if bond goes black
Agreed,good points as usual.If they do go that route here's hoping they don't consider any one of that trio lol....Craig is a badass Bond though...brutal.I hope he does at least a few more films as the character.
