Thats what mastering the water element is for, then he can use the air element to dry it off.

im a member on a site that teaches ppl to bend elements ( air fire water earth ) and want to learn to master water and earth but id need to learn to control my kin ( telekinitc ) i alrady now how to control my chi so i may have to learn air and fire first. anyone else into this? ( dont say its not possiable cause anything is possiable )
