my personal opinion is that at least around here, even though they are all made by the same company,:
oceanic>all-glass>pefecto.
one look at the silicone/glass thickness is all it takes to tell the difference between the tanks..but there is a price incease as you go up though. Oceanic is a lot more expensive than all-glass, which is itself more expensive than Perfecto..
Locally here in Canada, we get aquariums made by a company clalled Miracles that make very good tanks for basically the same price as the USA brands.
Some of my Miracles tanks are coming up 16 years old with no problems yet (touch wood) LOL.
Having said that, any tank is good as long as the trim holds up and the tank does not leak! LOL

I've had mostly All-Glass tanks because I know they are not made of tempered glass. Rumor has it that the bottom piece of glass in Topfin (petsmart) tanks are tempered. Not sure if that's true. Guess I'll get to the truth when I try to drill one.
All Glass, I have a 22year old 10 gallon that has never had a single leak and has been dried up for 4 of those years.
