best bottom cleaner/algae eater

common carp do a pretty good job of cleaning gravel, lol.

My bristlenose does a great job at maintaining algae, and he will be a great size for your tank.
 
plecos are poop machines
try moving the tank to a place where there is less sunlight your algae problem might get solved
 
I think rubber lips are the best out of the few that i see at a LFS on a regular basis.

While plecos clean the glass they just turn the algae into poop. So yes they can clean the glass, but just keep up on the water changes and you will be fine.
