You have no idea lol. Before I got mine, I called to get quotes. I was told 175/month, so I thought sweet, sold. So I buy the car, go to get it insured (State Farm), and it's 562/month! The lady tells me she doesn't know who I would have talked to. I said it was a female...."Well, I'm the only female here. I'm not sure, I must have put something in wrong." Really? Really? So I was screwed for a couple months until I found one that would cover me for 250/month (Guide One). I had a couple wrecks on my record that weren't my fault (but they still count against you, no matter how many times they say they don't), so that didn't help. A project like that would be pretty cool. Tip: If you do a motor swap, or even any modifications, don't mention that to your insurance. Tell them it's stock with whatever motor came in it
