Best Cichlid food ??

I have multiple cichlids all 5in and smaller, and I have tried a lot of different foods to get the best color and growth. But I'm not seeing the results that I see in other cichlids here. What are some foods you guys are using and getting great color and growth out of your fish?? And any other suggestions that could help !! Thanks
 
I really like New Life Spectrum. I recently switched to it from Omega One Cichlid flake and my fish all got better coloration after just a few days. I like NLS Thera A but any NLS would be great.
 
I see a lot of ppl using hikari gold.. Do you guys have any experience using this brand ??

Festae, jag, MiDevil, and a Peacock bass. And no they're not all together.
 
my jags i fed hikari gold as a staple with worms and crickets as a weekend treat. my midas get hikari gold and veggie flakes with worms on the weekend. I think any of the food that has been mentioned will be a good staple, best thing for growth is water changes and patience.

I use aqueon jumbo cichlid pellets for my jags and other cichlids, the bass is a cichla, not something I have experience with but seem to be hard carnivores.
 
Yeah I tried pellets for my cichla and he doesn't even look at them so maybe just guppies for him ATM.. But any way thanks guys I'll take some of these suggestions and hopefully I can get some good pics up soon !!
