I disapprove of man made and created, mutant fish like parrots.
So they are never part of my comments.

Ohk so I want to know that If I put in different fishes so that they could not form a pair
Will they be more than ok?

Regular blue acaras reach similar sizes to a female green terror (not a foot, but around 6-8 inches).
Sevs get 10-12.

Putting any Central American cichlid with any Central American cichlid of the opposite gender will very often result in pairs. Species doesn’t matter to them (hence how we get all of the hybrids). My blood parrot is paired with a convict. Only way to prevent pairing is to get all cichlids of the same gender, which is difficult to tell as juveniles for a lot of them (specifically parrots).
