Free is usually best. Check your craigslist more often. Many tanks under 100g are a dollar a gallon. And free tanks pop up all the time, you just have to see them first because they are gone in hours.

i got the best deal....I got a 30 gallon with EVERYTHING PLUS a stand for 15 bucks. They were also in mint condition.
