Best Diet for Archers, Scats, and Monos?

Looking good! I like the mix of Sebae and Argentus. Are those Archers spitting yet? I have 4 Sebae and a bunch of Flounders in a 75g. Pics coming soon.

Those archers spit all the time. I usually put crickets on the inside part of the opening on the lid, then close it. The archers either spit it down or jump and get it. Would like to see those flounders, looking foward to seeing those pics.

I feed my archers and monos, Hikari food sticks, sinking carnivore, dainichi, and frozen bloodworms. Helps a lot for color and growth

Very nice setup...i like those flounders. What substrate is that?

Thanks! The substrate is Carib Sea fine sand mixed with slightly more coarse argonite sand.
